Gary had a big problem. He had always been overweight, but in recent months his weight had soared like it never had before. His body mass index or BMI was up to 44 percent which meant he was morbidly obese. All his attempts to lose weight had failed. He could not stick to a diet or exercise without feeling tired.

In desperation, Gary responded to a mysterious ad in the paper that guaranteed he would lose weight as long as he paid the price and no questions were asked. Even though he thought it might be a scam, he was out of options. The price was reasonable and the price for not taking such a risk was immeasurable.

On the way to their office, Gary ate a snack that he brought with him. A minute to stop for a red light was all it took. He felt ashamed. The silver lining was he was actually going to do something about it. When he knocked on the door, a mysterious woman answered it. Even though she seemed to be able to sense what was going on around her, even she was shocked by Gary's weight.

"Are you here because of the ad?" she asked just in case he had come for something else.

"Yes," he replied. "My name is Gary, I am morbidly obese, and all attempts I have made to lose this weight have failed."

"We will help you lose the weight, Carrie," the woman assured him as she handed him a bottle of purple pills. "Just do not expect results overnight. These things take time. Every morning, take a pretty pill. By the end of the month, you will be slim and ready to go."

Gary thought it strange that he was referred to as Carrie and the pills he was given were called pretty pills. He would have asked questions about it but the ad specifically said not to ask any questions about it. He would just have to take a purple pill every morning for a month and see if it worked.

During the first week, there was no noticeable weight loss. In fact he was growing breasts. He thought it was due to all the excess weight he was carrying around. Physically however, he found he was actually eating less and exercising more. Results would not happen overnight, so he just kept exercising.

By the second week, Gary could actually see he was losing weight. He had gone from morbidly obese to just obese with no sign of slowing down. The only thing that bothered him was his breasts were not going away. He found himself able to stick to a diet and exercise regularly.

At the end of the third week, Gary was simply overweight. He was even starting to develop some feminine curves. He thought his breasts would disappear with continued weight loss but they had actually become easier to see. Gary also noticed his genitals were getting smaller. Due to his excessive weight this was not really something he noticed, but with his weight returning to normal he could call his attention to other things.
