Continuation and further development of the design I was working with here [link] Honestly I'm not sure what spurred me to put another day off and on into this design. I've not played any fallout for a week or so now.

any rate, notable features/changes.
made the arms into actual components of functioning power armor by adding complex shoulder rigging which is only protected via some simple plating.
Played around with the robe design, wanting to make it look like some sort of more elegant version while still being recognizable as a scribe robe. Probably going to completely toss the seams on the torso.
One idea was to have the hip guard conceal the PA's control interface (since Veronica would be wearing this without a helmet) but conceptualizing that is causing a lot more problems then I expected. similarly I've thrown around a few variants of the T-45d's power pack mounted on the back plate, a belt, ect ect.

the spine design on the back plate BTW was with the idea of it functioning similarly to the health meters on the back of the dead space suits.
