Today (Oct 24) is National Library Day in Germany - time to celebrate my wonderful workplace!

One of my colleagues asked me if I could draw some pictures on book pages for the occasion. So I did - and it was so much fun! I had the idea of drawing adorable animals in a library context, gathering ideas from my team about what to draw. This one was my own idea with my favourite animal. Just an otter who's taking way too many books because they all look so interesting.

Yes, I drew in a book that wasn't my own.

Yes, I'm a librarian.

Yes, I treat books with respect. No active library books were harmed during this project.
