Description
My revision of TMNT's Rocksteady. If you watched the old cartoons, Rocksteady was a bumbling fool who wasn't very intelligent. In my imagining of the universe, Shredder is a wealthy powerful figure with lots of resources. Gone are the days of him relying on incompetent henchmen. In this version, Rocksteady is a very skilled, strategically gifted mercenary...whooooo was merged with a Rhino.Related content
