I don't have the option to Copy Image URL. Instead I have Copy Image Address and stuff like that. I was trying to use this (Box Background ) image for my profile but couldn't find out how to get the URL thing. Please halp.

Really doesn't work, I'm core and using Chrome. the background displays just fine, but there's no sign of actual deviation.

Thank you for this tutorial! Very helpful!
For those in the comments having problems with sizing, read closely on the tutorial. You DON'T get the image url of the plain image, you get the image url of the image that's already in the featured widget box. That's because it's already sized down and it's a different url. If you DO want to get the plain image's url because the scaled one is too small, just add width="50%" directly after the image url in the same brackets. That will scale down the image and you can play around wtih the percentage number.
So it'd look like this: < img src = "image url" width="50%" > without the extra spaces

These tutorials are terrific! They are a HUGE help for me! By any chance, do you have a tutorial for how to customize your background for a DA folder? I've seen the ones for your DA Id and Featured Deviation, but not one for a whole folder. Thanks!

Mh, guess I can't help you with that one, since I'm using a German version of Firefox and have no idea what it looks like for you. But you need to find the URL of the image itself like for the image of this tutorial it would be orig13.deviantart.net/a150/f/2… If you click on the URL you need there should be nothing but the image itself on that page.
There might be an option like "display image" that will lead you to the same site.
Hope this helps.

Is there any way to change the font color? The codes I used haven't been working so the words blend into my background image.

Hi! I'm trying to change my description text color from the default in the code to black to better go with my background image. I tried the fallowing code: < font color="black" > TEXT < /font > But it is not working. Any tips? Great tutorial BTW!
