May be you can say "Do you like chocolates?" and put "YES" and "NO" with journals links assigned to both the buttons. The yes URL would lead to a journal which may say why you like chocolates and No the vice versa. You can do infinite things with this actually. I just gave you one example.

You needn´t do journals, you can also use stash files, you can only reach by pressing the button. then you can see how many views the file gets

some of my watchers are telling me when they click the yes or no button that it sends them to an "empty link" am i suppose to put a link in the yes or no button, if that makes any sense...?
