Description
A smaller Borg vessel at 500 meters long. Equipped with very few weapons or assimilation facilities for a Borg ship, but an extensive storage capacity, these ships appear to be designed to ferry physical "samples" to and from Borg space. It has been hypothesised that one of these ships may have used to collect "samples" from the battle of wolf 359 jumping in and returning before it could be detected, as the Cube from that battle was destroyed, but some of the people from the ships it encountered have shown up in the Delta Quadrant. These ships may also be used to ferry quarantined objects out of the collective as a single ship was discovered heading towards a black hole transmitting a warning to stay away, something very unusual for a Borg ship to do. No one knows what was aboard, but if it spooked the Borg, maybe we don't want to know.
