Great work here. The same shading that I found somewhat strange on some of your other work is really going for you this time. It helps to add to the 'fuzziness' that makes the rain really pop.

The only things that you could fix are the wobbly rubber band leg (there's no other way to describe it o_o) and the street light seems a bit too large or something--like it's kinda floating in front of her face.
The rain looks spectacular and also the reflections too as well. Uh.

The puddles and rain look fantastic. better than any time I've ever tried to draw puddles.
One thing that I noticed that seems off are the legs and the feet. The legs look a bit too thin and not sturdy enough. And I think that the feet aren't positioned correctly for the angle you drew the rest of the body at. I think you should be able to see more of the foot, not just the back. Makes it look like she has nubs as feet.

The puddles and the rain really, really show how much time and effort you put into them. The overall piece is excellent, but the rain is simply gorgeous!
