Looks good. The gradients are overused and the Start screen is too cluttered, but I love the Explorer and Task Manager windows.

for desktops my ass. nice concept, but this doesn't really belong on the desktop when there is still touch components such as start screen and metro apps in there.

On the 6th slide, there's a spelling mistake, it should be "Applications" instead of "Aplications"
