YAY a tutorial! I don't normally do these, but I've been asked before - and since I'm currently working on so many pieces of art, I figured I might as well do some tutorials at the same time
Character portrayed is (c) Copyright . I'm making a full color picture of her as a free-sketch even prize for *bratkitty , so this is the process I used to draw up her sketch

I used to draw freehanded too XD and still can fairly well ^^ but after a couple of years I've noticed that i do less "fixing" in my final stage if I draw with forms

True, but I don't use shapes to help me draw because, either I'm too lazy or I don't want to ruin my drawing when I use them.

This is a really helpful tutorial! I have problems drawing full body poses when they aren't front on (and even then I fail without a reference), so this will help.

Well, bewbs is such a fun word so I can't blame you for losing control. Lol. I can't wait until I have the time to test out some of the techniques you mentioned in the tutorial. You make it look so easy, but I'm sure I'm destined for phailure.

talking from experience, we make it harder on ourselves than it has to be XD we can be so critical of our work.. the fun part about sketches is you can let go and just scribble
