Map of the Real World in 2019 with only a few points of difference. Still in progress, and will be updated occasionally (If you notice any glaring mistakes, please mention them in a comment)UPDATE: June 6: Edited in the borders of Ascension Island and Shetland.

Well, I can't speak for the rest of the world, but the United States of America is not that subdivided. Maybe only put black lines on first-tier subdivisions?

It's a video game map, specifically, Victoria II.

Parts of it look like the Victoria II map, but other parts make me think of the EU4 map, too. Maybe it's some kind of hybrid?

It is the map of the HFM mod (Historical Flavor Mod), which I found more accurate than the canon Victoria II map in some areas.

The black lines are specifically designed so if someone wants to make an Alt-His map, their work would be easier. For example, in the very case of the US, there is a possibility for Mexico not losing the Cession, or the UK not ceding territory in the 19th century, which would be less easy to put on the map without the non-State related borders. Germany, as another example, has a few States but is divided further for similar reasons.

It's not online. I do have the blank version (That is to say, a version where every piece of land is colored white) and I'll probably upload it in a few hours.
