Description
Sorry to disappoint anyone, but we probably won't be seeing the Lava Reef. Well, maybe I'll find a way to put it in later, but for now it may have to wait for another comic. This story is going to take place in the Great Forest, this time, and here's where things really begin.Ouch. I wasn't sure if I was going to do oil or blood pooling around Bunnie's leg there, but the sadistic bastard side of me said blood was the better option. She's obviously hurting.
Years ago, SatAM fans wrote alot of fanfiction that included that raccoon there, Bookshire Draftwood. I had asked permission to use him, but Dave Pistone seems to have fallen off the face of the planet. Either way, back in the day the character was passed around almost as free property, and I believe there's documentation allowing writers and artists to use him so long as it's within the realm of being in-character for him to appear. Either way, in this continuity, Bookshire is my choice for physician over Dr.Quack. Don't call it a comeback?

Aah yes. the legend of Bookshire Draftwood! I've remembered back in the day when I first heard of that character adn I scowered the internet looking for who created him, was he canon, or just a colective creation due ot how many fan authors inserted him into there stories. I do really have to say his design in your comic is very cute and well done! *along with the SatAM version of bunny. I do like her new look but this is always the bunny I remember and luve. XD*
on that note, I've also always admired your art style since you worked with archie. *my first exposure to your work and coloring methods* I really like how your line art flows and your coloring is always has a glossed shine look to it that feels so unique! Keep up your wonderfull work! Keep up your motivation! and COME BACK TO THE STATE OF PA... or at least more often. XD

Oh good heavens... o_o BOOKSHIRE! O_O
I didn't think -anybody- remembered old Bookshire anymore! @_@ Holy cats! So many of the old fans just seemed to up and drop off the face of the earth, didn't they? Some of my favourite authors from back then vanished with nary a trace!
It's nice to see someone still remembers them and still keeps them around! =3 <3<3<3

Whoo, bleeding bots. I like the detail of the wound and blood there.
While I do love Bunnie's newer bot form (and with her old hair style rather than the long hair and Indiana Jones' look), it's such a joy to see the old school Bunnie again. ^__^ Maybe I should draw her in her old look again. Yeaaaah.
Ala fav!

I like her old look, and her old colors. If you notice, she doesn't have roboticized hips, either.

Yup, I noticed that, too. I believe her SatAM colors look better on her as well.

its a universal cybernetic idea, not unique to ghost in the shell, but to many cybernetic media alike

its not a problem ^_^ I'm just worried someone might think that Dawn was theiving, which she isn't. Borrowing ideas and such from other series is usually very obvious. You see however, I myself uised to have a peice of fiction I wrote about a cyborg guardian, and he bled through metal wounds. At the time, I thought it was unique, however, I found that its an idea commonly used to associate a cyborg more intimately to humanity than machine. I hope you understand ^_^

Well i wouldn't call her a theif. I borrow alot from sci-fi as well. like most of my mech designs are based hevily on armored core of VOTOMs. and Also use the cyborg idea as well. I even use idea of nano technology from Red faction and Human plus from armored core as well
