Description
Port WillungaSouth Australia
Sometimes, when you drive out in hope of a good dawn in the darkness, you just get lucky. This morning was one of those days when grey skies lit up for a few minutes including a very truncated rainbow in the distance. On a cold wet winter morning, I had this place all to myself to appreciate and it reminded me that no matter how many times you visit the same spot , it is never the same! It probably takes some imagination to see a dragon churning the waters but I think I can see one

Oh my... This is absolutely breathtaking. The colors are so soft and the water is so...wispy. Oooh, and the movement is very mesmerizing. Gorgeous photo.

The water in the foreground kinda looks like mist... and a counterpart to the clouds. Love it!

Brrr... It's cold in Sydney at the moment. You must have been freezing down at Port Willunga!

This photo is utterly gorgeous, and I love how you captured the movement of the sea foam and the just-rising light. The planks in the distance make me think of the ruins of some temple, and I think I can see the dragon!
Once again, very beautiful!

It always pays to visit "old" locations again and again. ItΒ΄s the light thaat paints us a different picture each time. This kind of vareity can only be found in Mother Natures paint box.
LOve the capture, just my kind of shot
