Last weekend , we visited Innes National Park at the tip of Yorke Peninsula. It is home to wild , pristine scenery including this beach which experiences some rough surf. At the time, there was no spectacular sunset in the offing, so I switched to focusing on the huge waves that would sometimes engulf then low sun. [Facebook]  [500px]  [Prints and tutorials]

I like that the top and bottom are both strong. Sometimes my camera chooses the most dominant field, and the other half is too dark, or light. Great pic!

I used a 3 stop hard edged GND while taking this shot to control the sky highlights
