Description Landmannalaugar, Iceland
Marianne and I can't wait until our next field trip to North Island with the kids in October this year. Hopefully we'll be able to combine family activity with some landscape photography in between. This picture reminds me of the places we won't be going with kids for some time. At the time, we had been trying to take pictures in the blowing gale and ended up having to strategically park the car so that we could take shelter from the wind in the lee of the car while shooting a few frames off at this rapidly shifting light (from left to right of image)[Prints and Tutorials]  [Facebook]  [500px]  [Flickr]
