Beware of the HUGE picture!Lately I've been complimented a lot about my lineart... so I thought I should share my way of digital inking with you ^^

Did you originally scan your sketch and ink it, or did you just draw it onto PS?

I tend to scan my sketches 99% of the time. That one is scanned from a very small doodle

Thanks for making this tutorial; though I use GIMP it still has layer capabilities, the paths tool, and all that good stuff. CB So I should definitely be able to manage. n.n

when i go the paths tab, to press on the circle, it wont let me press the circle...why is this?

uhm... maybe the patch you just did is unselected? or the path mode is worng. Try playing around until you find out, I don't really know what could be not letting you do that X_X;

after a bunch of research and pulling my hair out...i found what the problem was.
for some reason under brush tip shape...the line was very spaced out.
it was a really weird default setting...but i figured it out.

Good tutorial and all, but I have a question.
How come my Photoshop doesn't have a pen tool? I pressed the hotkey shortcut, P, and some cropping thing came up.

Your tutorial is most helpful, but I have do the lineart mainly by hand or with the brush tool. Don't have the pen tool for Photoshop Elements. But it is helpful nonetheless!
