I use pixlr.com. When I try to resixe my stuff to 150x150, it usually make the image look too tall or too flat. Any ideas to fix that? Is it just my program?

If you drew it at a size without equal dimensions, like 800x600, it will stretch the image when you try to resize it.  I'd suggest drawing at something like 800x800, 600x600 etc.
The 150x150 size limit is just for the website Furry-Paws btw.  If you don't plan to use it there, you can make it at whatever size you want C:

oh, thank you! But won't it be messed up when I upload it to my computer? Like, I take a pic, then put the pic onto my computer. Will the uploaded image be exactly even?

Hmm, probably not. D:  You could try cropping the picture though so it has equal dimensions?
I'm not sure how pixlr.com works, but can you create a canvas at, for example, 500x500, and then copy and paste your picture onto the canvas?

I think it looks pretty decent. I would add more shading though. Like try doing more than one layer of shading to give it more depth and also make the shading layers darker. As for the tail, try shading more on the left side (underneath) the tail and less shading on the outside since less light is likely to hit underneath the tail.

I did a quick little red-line to help show you what I mean - [link]

I dunno if you've figured this out yet, but just hold down the brush tool and you can choose to turn it into a pencil. :3
