Description
My submission for the new spaceartists pack. Tried to put about everything in there i could think of and that fitted together
Used a lot of colors to give it an alive look. Lots of layers were used wich i won't count. The psd has a size of 222 mb. Metheors were done in 3ds max as well as the spaceship. rest is photoshop work.Credits for spaceship go to Rick Snider.

Bravo!!! Excellent work! The one thing that really caught my eye hear were the cloud texturing you did here on the planet. That ship is looking bad ass as well. Everything here is perfect.

wow the clouds on the planet look fantastically realistic, like a real space shot of earth
hmm that's a ST starship? On first look, it reminded me a bit of the Paranid capital ships in X², if you know that game (there are differences i note as I look at screenshots, but, you know, the shape and the texture...)

That is a very very nice picture... Great work on the cloudscape, maybe it could be improved by using recognisable cloud formations e.g. cyclones, but that is just nit-picking...
Nice starfield too, great balance between interesting objects and blank space.

the space ship is great, but its not yours 
asteroids made in 3dsm are ALLWAYS AWESOME, wat a pitty i cant use it on my pc.....
the planet on the bottom is no doubt the best i ever seen......
the asteroids tail is great too. this ice color makes a awesome contrast with the whole piece! u made it on the ps too right?

The piece as a whole is marvelous, my friend. It took me a little while to see the large ship. I think it's just me, though. I particularly like the way you title your work. awesome, dude.

Got the IM last night when I got home. Lovin' it.
Overall my technical advices are outweighed by the goodness in the overall piece so I won't bother with the rhetoric of small time critique. I think the compositional structure of your planets surfaces says a lot. The clouds hold a very earthian feel to the system. As always the colors rock. A wonderful addition to your gallery.

Cracking stuff! I really like the colour in this one and I like the way you incorporated this colour into the starfield as well (although the starfield is a little over-sharpened for my liking). The planets are spectacular as always though the top 3 look too similar imo. The spaceship is AWESOME and really steals the show for me. The detail in the asteroids is incredible also although the blue tails look rather odd and a bit off-putting. Title and composition, etc are splendid as always. Can't say much more - it's that good.
