Aka "how to have less than five profile comments per page."
I've noticed a lotta people don't know how to do this - and it's really a helpful trick to keep your page tidy (and if you have a "reply to this" comment on your page you can make it so that comment is the only one showing.)
So yeah! I hope this helps people out - and feel free to tag friends / link them so they know - I'm gonna start linking this to people now that I don't have to type out a long explanation anymore. :P
