Hmm, I think the bit that says "Then... an idea" should be lower, whereas "They always do" a little higher in that last panel? 'cause I read "Then... an idea. They always do. End the avatar cycle."

For absolutely NOTHING happening on this page, it still retains the impending doom of immenant decision on Sozin's part quite well.
It is quite difficult to keep a feeling and emotion while doing almost nothing with an audience-based art, but you did it very well.
