Wonderful to see you finally finishing a piece. And a full page at that? My my, someone is just brimming with delightfu surprises today isn't she?
I must say that I approve the finished page in relation to the sketched/half base-colored page you showed me a month plus back.
Of course even then you said that you were prepping multiple pages in advance so that you may post this semi-regularly. What are the chances of you following through with that veiled promise eh Doozy?
Remember, I still must commision you myself! Now that I actually work at a film studio my creative juices are flowin' mightily. Unfortunately many of my ideas are far more suited to contracting and artist than raising the multiples neccesary to produce a film version. Similarly, it is unfortunate that said juices evaporat upon bottling, so alas I cannot simply save them for an artist with a free schedule when he/she comes wandering my direction.
Woe, I shall just be forced to redouble my efforts in bribing you.

Yep, I've got about a dozen in the queue. I wanted to have a good backup so when I don't get my 'page a week' vow fulfilled (which has happened many a time during the semester) I can still post a new page. :>

A wise decision, as we all know of how you A- get sidetracked and B- take so damn long to draw it has stopped being funny.
Ahh yes, well, after being unable to find a job aftercollege lucrative enough to pay for living in LA, I moved back to CO and worked some other, more labor intesive jobs. After finding out that I am allergic to manual labor (or, you know, the entire branch laid off) I figured it was time to get back to what that degree I paid so heavily for says I should be doing. Shot off a few emails, made a few connections and voila! I am working in the tape room of Windstar Studios, a small (yet still one of the biggest in CO) film studio. Mostly we do a lot of advertising, (car commercials are always a steady way to pay the bills) but we also do a lot else.
I'm actually doing a shoot today for a christmas-video-card thing in our building, I'll have to show you once it's done. ^_^
