Description Yay!! Part 2 of my tutorial. Part one is here [link]

It's very basic, I know. I skip through things quite quickly coz I want you to work things out by yourself and not just copy what I do. (In other words, I couldn't be bothered ) And I'm sorry it's so disorganised!!!

Any tips are appreciated. I'm not one for doing tutorials.

The final image is here [link]

If there are any more tutorials that people want me to do (I highly doubt it after these two disasters...you're probably begging me to stop 0.o), please just say.

Yaaaay

It's kinda outdated....I've found a couple new things which are really helpful, like, instead of merging your huge picture to copy and paste onto a smaller size for uploading, it's best to resize them separately and paste them onto different layers, so you don;t have to use the rubber around the edges after you've done the background.

Also, the pen tool is very very very very niiiiiiice And tapering is good.

I'll update it at some point :3

Wow, Okay... you dont know how much this helped me!!! I got on DA a while ago looking for something just like this!.. and I got it! you are an ANGEL!... My art comes out so clean and pretty that it makes me wanna cry! And you explained it beautifully!... AND! I found out a short cut for the airbrushing thing... So If you dont mind... XD *grabs microphone*

For all you lazy people (like moi!!!) who dont feel like going over and over your lines or have dark edges or something... After you get the 'lineart' layer and you are about to use the airbrush/paintbrush to go over the lines, go up to Masks>New>From Image, just like the other layer. This will let you use the brush and paint on the lineart layer... TRUST ME! IT WORKS! So when you hit the little eyeglasses on Layer 1 you can still see it... GO and TRY... I made it sound sooo confusing!... Anyway... Thanks so much Dozaloz!!! *hugs*

aaaaaaaaaaaaw I feel so honoured ;u; Thank you so so much!!! ^_______^ I am so glad this helped!! Aw, I feel all warm and fuzzly inside...you've made my day

I actually found an easier way to do lineart. PENCIL TOOL DOES WORK. It rocks in fact. As long as you have the second colour off, you can make really really pretty smooth lineart. Look at my most recent pic

It works ^_^ There was something about the layers I wasn't sure about but I checked it out and it's fine.

If it wasn't, I don't know if I'm too lazy to have fixed it X3

Just thought it'd be a bit more helpful, because of the more peopleyness to reduce the chance of error... Bwehehe...
