Sorry, buried the bacon in my bowl, but I swear it's in there.I made the garlic bread with the leftovers in the pan I'd cooked the bacon in (with a bit of butter). Gosh. So. Good. Mmmm~

You can skip the bacon - I love it without it, but Bobby doesn't like plain cheese sauce, so bacon gets added to mac and cheese. (For Fettucine Alfredo I end up adding chicken or shrimp plus veggies for him lol)
