Yep another tutorial. One person requested this for when I do my night sky tutorial... but I did this first
It seems a little lame to me and some may get confused by it 
Heck if I wasn't the one who did this I might of gotten confused 
Anyways have fun with this tutorial 
p.s. Sorry for the size of some of the pics in this thing....

[edit 2: I will possibly be making another tutorial for adobe elements seeing that elements 5 has a slightly different way of using some of what CS2 uses]

Ah I use photoshop Elements 7.0 and I can't find the little F thingy. What's the actual term to it? Maybe I can find it that way.

Elements is going to have something different. If you look above the layers panel, there is another panel called "artwork and effects" (at least in elements 5.0 that's what it is). Scroll over the icons on the top of that panel till you find the one that says "apply effects,filters (etc.)" and click it. Then just kind of scroll through the 2 drop down menus.. I really need to get an Elements tutorial of this done due to finding a lot of people are using Elements XD
