Yep another tutorial. One person requested this for when I do my night sky tutorial... but I did this first
It seems a little lame to me and some may get confused by it 
Heck if I wasn't the one who did this I might of gotten confused 
Anyways have fun with this tutorial 
p.s. Sorry for the size of some of the pics in this thing....

[edit 2: I will possibly be making another tutorial for adobe elements seeing that elements 5 has a slightly different way of using some of what CS2 uses]

See, I use Photoshop Elements 6.0 and I'm getting confused on that last step...I can't find that f thing so I dunno how to change the color or anything. Help? =]

ok Well Elements 6 should be about the same as Elements 5 which is what I'm using now.
Ok instead of the F symbol thing, look above your layers panel > Layer styles > Outer/Inner Glow and play around with it. I need to make a tutorial for Elements XD
