Yep another tutorial. One person requested this for when I do my night sky tutorial... but I did this first
It seems a little lame to me and some may get confused by it 
Heck if I wasn't the one who did this I might of gotten confused 
Anyways have fun with this tutorial 
p.s. Sorry for the size of some of the pics in this thing....

[edit 2: I will possibly be making another tutorial for adobe elements seeing that elements 5 has a slightly different way of using some of what CS2 uses]

i don't have the layer window to make it glow how do you get it up?

i finally got adobe photoshop
i'm trying this out
it's really cool
but i'm stuck about the f on the layers part, i can't click on it XD
please help?

well... now i got a problem...for some reason everytime i choose a color when i'm painting, it turns into the back/white grayscare or something....i click green...i get grey...i can get black and white....but never any other colors.....do you understand what i mean?

go to image then mode an make sure it's still on RBcolor (or something like that)

i got the first step, and when it says fill in with black...it wont work for me..it colors everything...and your know that other color thing but it has the red line through it? it shows there...i dont know how to use that
