Great stuff so far! Wonder how much give his metal 'skin' has? Can't be too comfortable for touching if his skin is totally unforgiving.
Also, his face plate confuses me. On the side views, you always have it as an oval shape (like reeeeally long oval), but then with the front views, his face plate seems shorter. Why is that? If his face is 'long', shouldn't the front view of his face be longer?

The first panel is from a lower angle so you get a little bit of foreshortening on it. But, maybe I could've made it a smidgeon longer.
