Hmm... Unless you know a non-pokemon dragon, I'm afraid we'd have a hard time helping you... The serum has to be synthesized from an existing creature. :S

If you did, though, that'd be an interesting side project, though!

You could get the DNA from either the quadraped or the anthro form of a Dragon friend of mine, by the name of skullette ( she has shape-changing abilities). Then you could maipulate the DNA until you get my charactor!

It takes about fifteen minutes to prepare, then the treatment itself takes about an hour to complete.

It does, unfortunately. There's not much that can be done about that. The transformation takes an hour in order to reduce the intensity of the pain, but there's not much more that can be done...
