My first tutorialHow to create your own natural-media brushes for Photoshop, from making the inksplats, brushstrokes, chalk and charcoal textures with messy stuff on paper, bringing them into photoshop and then turning them into a PS brush set.

btw : when u delete the default brushes , how can i restore them? by cliking Reset brushes?

Yeah, click reset brushes and it'll ask if you want to switch to that set or append ie. tack the default ones on to the current set. Importantly, don't hit reset until you've saved the set you're making.

lol i was just wondering, do you know how to make brushes that when you use them, it comes out different shades of colour, you know, like the leaf brushes on CS2...?

If I understand exactly what you want then the answer is yes. In your brush settings (the button at the far right of your brush toolbar) turn on color dynamics and put the Hue Jitter up to 100%

This is a fantastic tutorial (especially for a first... That's just amazing). I really found it useful... and in fact, I was able to make a brush set using some doodles, too. This is just what I was looking for, and I'm glad you made it so easy to understand. Great job!
