the newer versions of photoshop doesnt have imageready! You can get an animation bar in photoshop by pressing "window" in the top bar and then "animation"

So... how do I make an emoticon? XD J/K! This tutorial was really helpful. Especially with the shading. I use GIMP, so the animating there is different, but the rest helped a lot!

when i get it to imageready, its only shown at 100% and i cant get it to go any bigger in the animation frames? I need help!

second, i got everything all done and shit, but when I save it as a .GIF file it doesn't work the way it should
I'm using Ps CS3, does that make a difference?

I had the same problem with my animated stamps. I am a fellow CS3 user and I finally figured out that to save an animation, you have to click "Save for Web & Devices" under file.
