Description
*~*~*~HUGE FILE~*~*~*~Program Recommended;Photoshop.
Pen Tablet or Mouse? Either.
Time it Takes; Depends on how much skin there is and how dark its going to be.
Things to know;
~Know where your light source is!
~Experiment with shades.
~BURN AND DODGE ARE YOUR FRIENDS
~USE YOUR LAYERS, you have them, abuse them >:
~Group your layers! (Ctrl + G) It saves ALOT of time!

Question of someone who doesn't know a lot about Photoshop: How do you make the folders on the layers?

In photoshop if you have the layers tab box thing open, then there's a create new layers button but also a little folder icon next too it, click the little folder button and ta-da!
i think more recently they're being called Groups not Folders
