As promisedHere is my very first watercolour tutorial that you've requested me.
and something I would like to say before you start
Make sure you have some tissue papers while you're working, This will helped you control the water flow, cleaning your brushes,etc.
and don't use only one water container, let's find 2-3 of them
one is for washing your brushes and one for mixed with paints.
If you use only 1 water container, the water will become muddy and give you some horrible dirty effects, ruin your precious work for all time.
And use the best quality brush you can afford.

none taken!! i just type like this 'cause it is easier for me. i have small hands and my keyboard is WAY too big so i just cut my stuff a little short of my own standards ^-^ trust me, i hate it when people txt me with stuff like "wats up?" or "wat u duen?" yes i know that that isn't how you spell doin' but i get that sometimes ^-^ i just usually don't capatilize and add extra letters. i like to type "stuffs" a lot ^-^

I got watercolours recently and have to learn how to use them =^-^=
But how do you do the outlines?
Because when I'm colouring, I always paint over the lines and have to draw them again-_-

Watercolor is so hard to control for me. Each time you paint a color, like on her pink vest, do you let it dry completely before you add the next layer of shading?

For outlining or coloring?
Outlining = It's up to you.
Coloring = no
Because the colors from watercolor pencil doesn't looks smooth compared to normal watercolor. : l [when applying watercolor technique.]

I use Galleria acrylic color from Winsor&Newton [student quality acrylic]
[Or Try Finity acrylic if you don't have problem about money, It's an artist quality acrylic from Winsor&Newton, and it's much better.
And I use Sakura i-paint watercolor paper, but It's available in my country only.
But If you can't find Sakura i-paint, You can use Monval watercolor paper from Canson instead. It is really good watercolor paper in my opinion. [and not pricey.]

I would like to know the states of the colors... how dry they are when u add the next shading and stuff... I am new at watercolour and would wish for very detailed instrucktions on how to use them.

erm . .would you be willing to draw out the sketch again and post it ? It would help me to see the mistakes i make and where i went wrong and what i could do to fix it. and then i could comepare to the original to see what level i'm at! Of course it is solely for practice and none of it will be posted on my page it is just to improve my skills and hopefully become as good as you! you always have stunning works uploaded.!

It's fine.
But I recommend wax based.
