Holy crap! I'm tired. I just kept drawing and drawing...I might color this... and I might go back and work on this some more. Donno. Oops! Already found a mistake. I'll fix that later...
I used only 1 or 2 references so most of this is from memory.
So anyway, this was a lot of fun. Now I'll talk about each question.
1) I didn't want to be in the meme. So Jim took my place. Bones doesn't recognize him. Ah, Jim. Such a stud.
2) McCoy is my favorite character in both TOS and STXI, even though they are fairly different. This drawing ended up looking like the TOS McCoy. Oh well. Either way, he's taken interest in Nu!Chekov.
3) I loved the whole scene where McCoy is getting Kirk sick so he can bring him onto the Enterprise, and I particularly liked the part where he was explaining why Kirk should come aboard.
4) Honestly, after I saw STXI for the first time, I couldn't get McCoyxKirk out of my mind. I was dreaming about that for days, lol. That's some serious hotness.
5) I have never seen Spock seriously paired with Sulu... or Chekov or Scotty for that matter. But I've seen just about everything else.
6) Both James Doohan and DeForest Kelley were involved in WWII. Kelley was drafted on my birthday in 1943, lol. I don't know Doohan's full story yet.
7) Honestly just an excuse to draw McCoy naked twice in one sitting. This is an exaggeration, but Urban does have (or had anyway) some serious muscles. Kelley was about 30 lbs underweight, give or take (he actually did get a little pudgy at one point) ... I personally think the curly chest hair was a nice touch.
Edit: Kay, a few insulted fangirls have said it now. I know DeForest Kelley was not emaciated, though he was quite thin. It's a cartoon, folks... Wonder why no one is saying Urban isn't that buff. ;/ I, a dedicated fanboy, can provide photographic and written evidence of Kelley's tiny body. 
8) Why the hell wasn't Chapel in STXI?! They left out Yeoman Janice too... Boooo.
9) This is why Spock has so many fangirls.
10) Uhura just didn't fit into any of the questions, really... So I let her take up the last panel!

James Doohan was shot six times. Once in the chest (Deflected by a metal cigarette case. Cigarettes dont always kill.) A few times in the legs and arms, and one blew off his finger.

I'm really considering giving you my mortal soul over this- 1. I thought I was the only one who knew about Doohan's finger or lack there of 2. I also thought I was the only one who loves (old school DeForest) McCoy. Your art was gorgous and well defined. I fangirl-ed all over myself (several times). You've just made my day Kirk-tastic- and let me tell you, that's hard to do.

Awww... Thanks for mentioning Mr. Doohan. He's always my favorite and he is SO underappreciated. He was such a sweet man. On Wiki it tells all about him and what he did in the military. He was actually a captain in the Canadian army and led his men up the beaches on D-Day through a mine field. And he was a pilot. He flew a Hurricane bomber in-between a power line and the side of a mountain just to prove it could be done! hahaha Even out of character, always messin' with the laws of physics. ^^

Yeah! It is visible in some of the episodes. When he walks into the uh, cafeteria? (whatever the heck they call where they eat) with an armful of Tribbles in The Trouble with Tribbles, it is clearly visible that a finger is missing.

Chapel was in STXI.... kindasorta-ish. When Jim starts having that allergic reaction in sickbay, Bones yells at Chapel to get him cortisone and she says "Yes sir!".... but you never actually see her. It's really easy to miss.

Yup, he said "Nurse Chapel!" It's really easy to miss. It's right when Jim is trying to listen to Chekov's briefing and his hands are swelled to size of his ego (I mean, swelled to the size of trash cans).

No, we don't see her. I mean, there is a nurse that COULD be her, when Bones drags Kirk into sickbay and Kirk tries to hit on her, but there is no way of knowing if that's actually Chapel or not. I guess we'll just have to wait for the next movie...

Actually DeForest Kelley was in really great shape. Better than Shatner, no contest, and they both knew it, too ( read an article...i'd link you but idk where it is now

He was in great shape in his youth. He even showed signs of weight loss in his 30's. It continued into his older age. He confessed to having a great deal of stress in his everyday life, even though he "played it cool." He drank a lot of Maalox and lost a lot of weight. He was in the 130's, which is really damn thin for his height, 5'10". Now whether or not he was this size during The Original Series, I am not certain. There are photos where his extremely thin arms are visible, and the one time we get to see his torso on Star Trek he's looking fairly thin, but not quite as thin as my drawing implies (as I said, it is an exaggeration). I do know however that when he returned to theater (that must have been t he 70's or 80's I think) he lost an incredible amount of weight. It is clear in all of his pictures, from youth to old age, that his arms were extraordinarily thin. In his 20's he had some healthy weight on his torso but his legs and arms were still quite thin. When he got into acting his stress level was severe, to put it lightly, and this is from his own testimony in one of the biographies.
Now as for being "in shape," and "better than Shatner," that's debatable. Shatner had a fairly intense work out routine. Kelley described how he wished he had more time to spend with his family and friends. I do not think he was pumping iron. He was extremely busy. Now Kelley was clearly quite fit in his 20's, though still I do not feel any comparison to Shatner in terms of muscular build. Now muscular build only indicates a two basic things; 1) Genetics 2) Work. It is possible Kelley could bench press twice as much as Shatner but still appear thin.
Now Kelley's body definitely was not as small as I drew it. I was kind of making a bit of a joke here. But he was thin. His ribs were showing and his arms and legs were bony.
