I have a small problem. I can't seem to select more than 1 poly.

For multi-selection, hold down the shift key as you drag the cursor over the poly surfaces.

Glad it helped - the same trick works with bone selection when you're in a real tight place where point select is required and you can't use box, oval, or freehand select.

To add to that, make sure you have the right version - the app is native 64 bit, and 32 bit machines require a modified library.

Do you have the latest .NET framework installed?
Do you have DirectX 9.0 installed?
If you check the Windows application event logs, it should say exactly what the error is, if any.

That means you need to "unblock" the .dll/.exe files related to PMX Editor.

WhatΒ bits system is your computer? If it's 32 bits, you're going to have to download "PmxEditor_x86pkg.zip" from this site -Β kkhk22.seesaa.net/category/140β¦
Take the files in "PmxEditor_x86pkg.zip"'s folder and put them in the "PmxEditor - English folder". MAKE SURE you unblock the files first before you move them, otherwise you're going to have a alot of errors.

This will work for both PMX and PMD files, but apparently you can only save as PMX.

I just did and it doesn't because mmd only uses a certain version of pmx that does not include soft bodies :/

Hey! I've been trying to find a solution on the internet about this, but I have everything needed installed because it will open up the Japanese version, but when I open up the file, it says "failed to initiate plug-in." And just opens up the window without the model. Do you know anything about that? Thanks for the help!
