This is Archie canon Scourge, I'm guessing, so he comes from an alternate reality of the world Mobius (called Moebius in his universe). Thus the word 'earth' is not a planet to him, so he only knows it for its use as a synonym to dirt.

I don't understand. I've read the comments it just made me more confused. Is this sonic not from mΓΆbius? Or is he the one but Nicole took that away when he disappeared?

I'm guessing this Sonic is from the games where it's Earth, not Mobius. Scourge is in the wrong dimension and has confused Mobius Sonic for this one.

GOTF Sonic's world's history is based primarily off of the games, and his planet is called Earth-- even though there is a version of Nicole there, her backstory is wildly different from Archie Nicole and will fit into game canon (when I got into it). Scourge on the other hand is meant to be THE Scourge from the comics.

Technically not. He belongs to Penders(at least the idea of him does), so he no longer exists in the continuity. If anything, the comics could add a new Scourge-esque character

I'm speaking in-universe here. Scourge was not in the prime universe when the Genesis wave was first used. During that first use, the SU issues were taking place in the Zone Cop's Zone, which followed Scourge's escape from the prison into an outlying Zone with Fiora and the Destructix (or whatever Mongul's original four were called). Assuming the second one didn't run over all the Zones that they could've gone to, they would've survived being wiped out. Not likely? Perhaps not, given it also ran over the Mega Man universe as well. But still, it's a fun thought.

I'm guessing Evan sees the Archie Comics Sonic and game Sonic as different beings. Earlier in the comic, Sonic called Green Hill Zone his home, so Evan most likely is basing off this Sonic off of the one in the Games. Also evident in all else that's happened, with all the references to the games.
