All the feels just struck me like a spiky spin-dash.
So Scourge *does* have a heart, somewhere.
Also, the comment where Scourge realizes he's stooped so low as to intimidate little girls certainly shows that the character's developed quite a bit from when we last saw him in the Archie comics. Immortality and undeath can do that to a guy.
