Man, I honestly can't get over how well some of your coloring looks. Seriously, it's such a stark contrast of how each character has rather vibrant colors but the whole background/environment is made with softer, more muted colors and sets a mood of seriousness with each page. I need to take some points from you when I begin working on my new series finally. x.x

Sonic in panel 1... he's like...I dunno...a sad puppy or something. Only Shadow could be immune to that, and not immediately catch on to Sonic's depression. I like how you give his character that weakness, because that makes him seem a lot more real and truly Sonic.
...I will admit, I was staring at the hat jussssttt a bit...and I burst out laughing at Metal's face...it's like he's saying, "YOU!" rather than, "oh crap..." But still....it's funny nonetheless.
Oh, and I like how you do the backgrounds too. The absence of bold lines makes them look more realistic in a cartoony way, if that made sense.
Now to end with a question; Is it finally Shadow's turn for some action? I mean, he slept through the Arabian Nights, and was more of an ice cream bystander with the whole ritual thing so...chaos spear? Eh? Eh? Yes? No? Maybe? *puppy eyes*
Well anyway, hope you get some sleep and I can't wait for the next page!

However, I think the reason why Metal Sonic's face looks silly and funny because his eyes should be half - circle because the other half is covered my the metal.
It's funny looking cuz the eye is the difference from the official one.
I'm just giving me opinion not saying its bad.
