Description
This is a design sheet for Bon Bon, AKA Agent Sweetie Drops, as they appear in my Equestria Girls fan-fiction series I am working on. It's still a work in progress and is subject to changes and revision, and I will be releasing bits and pieces of information with each entry before I move onto the real thing. You can read more about what I have so far by following the links listed at the bottom of the image description, and it's recommended to read them in order.

They are members of a secret global organization known as the Technological Consortium, which has been safeguarding Humanity from various magical, supernatural and technological threats for centuries.

THE FAN-SERIES
I am in the process of writing a road-map and world building for a fan-fiction series of Equestria Girls. Basically, I am writing it like a television series which acts as a sequel to where the original left off, made-up of 2 series', comprised of 5 seasons each, and each season consisting of at least 26 episodes, with a movie serving as the finale. It will be written in the style and tone of the actual show. It's basically what I would do if I was the writer for the actual Equestria Girls series. I do not actually plan on writing full episodes, as that would take too much time and effort, but I may produce a few scripts for some episodes. Instead I write my fan-series in an episodic, synopsis style which details events.

BACKSTORY
Agent Sweetie Drops is the Daughter of two Consortium Agents, and following popular Consortium culture of two married Agents raising their Children to follow in their footsteps in the organization, Sweetie Drops was raised to as such. As she grew, she showed particular aptitude for retaining information, and as it would turn out, this was because she had a photographic memory, being able to remember everything she sees and hears with great detail. She was originally intended to be enrolled at Crystal Prep Academy, but her parents let her enroll at Canterlot High intsead, so she could be with her childhood Best Friend Forever - Lyra Heartstrings. She has operated under a shadow name for years - Bon Bon, and only members of the Consortium know her real name.

PERSONALITY
Beyond what we've all ready seen in Equestria Girls, Bon Bon is extremely loyal and dutiful. She is loyal to her friends, her colleagues and her ideals, and her dedication to a course of action cannot be deterred. This sense of loyalty and duty means she will always be there for her friends, particularly her best friend Lyra Heartstrings, who she has been close to since they were both very young.

CASUAL ATTIRE
A simple alternate outfit for Bon Bon, not much to say besides her keeping in theme with the candy wrapper(Bon Bon) thing she has going on, white being her favourite colour and her preferring loose, airy clothing.

BASE UNIFORM
The standard uniform of Consortium members when stationed within one of their bases.

OPERATIONS
Operatives typically wear something like this when on a mission that does not involve being in disguise or hiding in plain sight. The insignia on the left arm signifies the operatives speciality and role, and in Sweetie Drops case case, she is an Intelligence Operative.

CLASS: INTELLIGENCE
Intelligence operatives are responsible for information gathering and observation of targets, be they person, beast or object, and specific places. Coordinating the most with the Espionage division, it is the Intelligence department that makes sure that the Technological Consortium is kept up to date on what they need to know around the world, and ensuring their Operatives know everything they need to get the job done. They often follow or ghost targets for long periods of time, either up close or from a distance, sometimes in disguise, sometimes simply keeping their eyes and ears ready as they go about their normal lives.

VIRTUE: VIGILANCE
In Season 4, 10 members of the Consortium gain "Virtues", which are the Consortium's versions of the Elements of Harmony, which they will use to help the Rainbooms defeat a powerful Enemy at the end of Season 4. Sweetie's Virtue is Vigilance, granting her magical power derived from her ever-watchfulness and willingness to protect others from peril at any moment.

IN THE FAN-SERIES
In my fan-series, Agent Sweetie Drops, AKA Bon Bon, has been stationed at Canterlot High along with two other operatives, Vinyl Scratch and Sour Sweet who is disguised as the student "Sweeten Sour". She has been ordered to grant support to the Rainbooms and Canterlot High in fighting and containing any threats that arise unless ordered not to do so. As an Intelligence operative, she conducts operations related to gathering information on everyone and everything around her station, and is sometimes sent into the field to gather data, as well as delivering vital intel to other operatives.

Unlike the other operatives I've shown so far, Sweetie Drops is not a member of Team Flare, and is simply ordered to coordinate with them on some missions. In Season 1, she is assigned to regularly deliver physical orders to Human Shimmer while she is constructing her observation post. She tends to deliver orders at night while wearing an overcoat, hat and dark glasses, and is sometimes attached to operations with Sour Sweet on information gathering missions.

Sweetie Drops would be the first Consortium agent to be discovered by the Rainbooms at Canterlot High, which would happen in the first half of the season 1 two-part season finale, which is when The Rainbooms finally uncover the organization that has been watching them and competing with them on investigations of supernatural and magical mysteries, often with conflicting goals. It is usually thanks to information provided by Agent Sweetie Drops that the Consortium becomes aware that The Rainbooms are trifling with things they shouldn't be, and The Rainbooms also go to Sweetie Drops when they want to send a message to the Consortium, including requests for help.

THE TECHNOLOGICAL CONSORTIUM
The primary recurring antagonists of Series 1, turned Allies in series 2, with a strong presence in every season. The Technological Consortium, or just "The Consortium" for short, is a secret global organization which runs most of what goes on in the world from behind the scenes. They investigate, hunt, and police the mystical and supernatural elements of the world, but they also deal with other threats like Rogue Scientists, AI's, Super Villains, Aliens, dangerous technology and other dangerous elements and natural or unnatural, disasters. Think of the Consortium as a combination of The Men in Black, the SCP Foundation and the Technocratic Union from Mage: The Ascension. Members are often referred to as "Techs" by outsiders, such as the Rainbooms.

The Technological Consortium is lead by it's supreme and enigmatic leader, from a position known as "The Supreme Scientist", who is said to always be the most intelligent and wise Person of their time.

In my series, the Consortium will frequently be at odds with the Rainbooms and Equestria, who they see as rogue elements and potential threats. The Consortium has been watching the Rainbooms for quite some time, and have been assisting them from behind the scenes in hopes that the Equestrian problem will resolve itself, while taking steps to perform damage control or commit resources to backup plans should the Rainbooms fail. For example, they were prepared to step in during the initial Sunset Shimmer and Midnight Sparkle incidents before those things resolved themselves. Sometimes their assistance was absolutely necessary, such as during the Sirens incident, where they sent one of their young operatives, Vinyl Scratch, to free the Rainbooms and provide them with aid against The Dazzlings. Did you think Vinyl Scratch just so happened to show up with a giant transforming sound-stage equipped car...?
