Description
A.K.A. Mrs. Black HoleA primordial entity of darkness, one that feeds off light. Rather than being repelled by it, light in various forms, mundane or mystical, is what she uses for nourishment, just as humans eat food. This does not make her outright immune to it, as it's possible to hit her with more than she's able to absorb at the time. While she is ageless and hard to permanently damage she is not unkillable. She is secretly, though rather distantly at this point, worried about what will happen when the universe nears its end all the stars burn out and there are no sources of light remaining.
Naturally she has darkness based powers, her typically clothes herself in pure darkness given substance. She can also drain or feed off more than pure light, such as heat, raw magic, or the lifeforce of supernatural entities. She can technically feed off the life force of mundane entities like human beings, but it's like trying to drink tiny droplets through a giant straw: usually not worth the effort.

If you like, sure! I haven't finished developing her abilities and powers yet, but most of her power and threat is in her ability to create solid, energy draining darkness. In a fight for instance she wouldn't win a fist fight with Superman; she'd try to capture him in shadow tentacles and drain him.

"Mrs. Black Hole" is something of a joke nickname. I don't know much if anything about dark matter or black energy. The only connection between the Lightdrinker and black holes is black holes get their name because they can capture even light. Also, names like "Mistress of Shadows" or "Madame Darkness" are taken, but I don't think either Angel Falls or Dream Haven has an evil "Mrs." anything.

As a player/fan of vampire the mascarade role playing paper game, I like power about shadow/darkness (a race of vampire aka Lassombra . The power is known as Obtenetration ). (Lassombra is my favourite race of vampire)

Oh yes, I know about black holes. I thought you were talking about dark matter, which is something different and much less understood.
I'm familiar with Vampire: the Masquerade as well, though it's been ages since I played it. You're right, this character's powers are fairly similar to the Obtenetration set.
Hopefully I'll have some more details for the character in a day or two.

I imagine your character, laughing and playing with her prey. Using her prey's shadow to fight, using darkness/sin of her prey, creatings minions or tentacles of shadows able to drain strength and life ...

That does sound like something she'd do, yes 
She isn't an out and out sadist: she doesn't go around torturing random people for fun. But she is dark and cruel and merciless to her enemies, and she likes making them realize how truly weak they are compared to someone and something like her.

She needs a power to manipulate the darkest/deepest sin of her prey, making her prey totally addict or afraid of this sin.
I could be a very interesting mental power. She needs to talk, word after word, she manipulates the soul of her prey. (not instant, it's not cruel enough
And physical she has some shadow/darkness power (creations of thing, minions, her dress used like a strong armor, ...)

I've got some ideas towards that, though it may be awhile before they show up. For now I think I have enough for you to make a bio.
She's primarily a creature of instinct; patient and cunning, and she absolutely makes long term plans. But she does not memorize huge amounts of pointless (in her mind) trivia; she'd never win a game of Jeopardy or know about chemistry as humans understand it. She knows about how to use her powers (the shadows, absorbing energy and life, using them in a fight), and she is charismatic and powerful in personality. You can shoot her with a normal handgun all day long and merely annoy her - it takes either massive amounts of physical force or magic or high tech to inflict damage she can't quickly and easily regenerate. She has no specific weaknesses (like silver or kryptonite). She is a mostly defensive fighter - in MMO standards she would be a controller or blaster. She just stands in one place and lets her shadow powers or minions do all the work.
She's graceful and dextrous as a ballerina or masseuse, and she has the physical strength of a weight lifter.
Her highest attributes are Power, Psychic, and Will, with Power being high on the Super range, Psychic being a little lower, and Will on the high Meta range.

It is, but her control of it is not necessarily that straight forward, and it is on a personal scale. I would imagine that somebody whose Psychic rating reached Cosmic could reliably seize total mental control of everybody in an entire city, or at least an entire building, and subdue multiple superheroes instantly with mental power alone.
The Lightdrinker can take control over a person, but only has two ways to do it. First is what you described: sensing somebody's sin or weakness and preying upon it, gradually turning them into something like an addict. The second way is if she has physical control over the person and/or can use her shadow powers directly on them. She can drain, either temporarily or permanently, aspects of their personality, like kindness, or absorb all the joy from their memories. They'd still remember things (if she wanted them to) but it would be a cold, bitter memory instead. Or she could greatly magnify certain instincts or emotions, like violence or fear.
All of which would allow her to, in time, completely warp or destroy a superhero's nature, but there are also presumably powerful telepaths out there who could do the same thing.
The reason her Power is rated higher is because she could battle a small army using her Shadow powers, or give entities like SSW a run for her money in personal combat. Somebody like Concussion is still going to rip her apart, though, either in physical combat or a straight up one on one mental battle.

- how prey can resist, a very fine and discreet effect with a low chance to resist

There's probably a number of different ways to resist. Having an unusual mind (alien, cyborg, etc.), being strong willed (as most superheroes and supervillains are), being extremely emotionally healthy such as not having badly repressed urges or major vices, having an "enlightened" mindset/advanced mental disciplines, and probably more. I'm deliberately leaving it fairly open, but in general important characters aren't going to be falling under her control just by chatting with her at a cocktail party. People she captures, on the other hand, have to be DARN powerful or unusual to resist her for very long.
Undoing the effects depends upon how much damage has been done. Much like mental problems or brain damage in real life, some things heal naturally with time, others require treatment, and some cannot be fixed by conventional medicine. There is not much she can do without the use of her Shadows that cannot be healed simply by the passage of time, and using Shadows would mean the victim is almost certainly aware that she is some inhuman entity trying to control its mind. If she wants to make something permanent, then she make it as hard to undo as a lobotomy - which is to say, essentially impossible without superhuman assistance.
