I started this almost a month ago, when I was still on holiday in the U.S., but I never got the chance to finish it there. Then I totally forgot about it for a while, and now I remembered and here it is! A pixel ID. I guess you're supposed to draw yourself as a pixel fighter, but... clearly I didn't. The entire pixel ID craze however was fresh as can be, and I just wanted one too.But dear Christ, the actual pixel image only took FOREVER! Pixel art is tedious as hell. Good job , and whoever else got the ball rolling on this one. I now have carpal tunnel.
Software: PS CS.
And yeah, I cheated with the gradient on his hair.

damn, that looks fresh man. I've seen lots of people doing this kind pixel fighter ID lately, and it always comes out looking crazy. Yours is probably the best so far.

Man this looks fun!! I've been seeing a lot of these around the site lately and I'm so interested in making one my self! Is there a certain dimension or dpi you have to use to get your art pixelated??

The thing with pixel art is, at least as far as I know, you can't resize it. That means once you have your basic sketch, you have to settle on the final size before you start making the actual pixel art. I'm not an expert on the subject though.
