Okay, I'm going back now to continue Maladyne's story arc in Web of Betrayal.

Maladyne knows that the ground beneath her is only an idea. It is no more than a basis of assumptions on which her understanding and communications in this place are built. But striking it still hurts and leaves her ears ringing in confusion.

In her hazy hesitation, the spider figments rapidly crawl about, trailing thin filaments of memory, association, and dreadful reason. And as Maladyne’s thoughts clear, she finds herself becoming uncomfortably entangled. “Avora,” she hisses through clenched teeth, “Avora, this is pointless! These people are only figments! Only memories given form and substance! What could you hope to accomplish by this sabotage? You yourself are only a memory!”

I hope people are weathering the current situation well, and that those who are suffering can get the help they need. Again, I'd like to encourage everyone to be a bit more understanding and tolerant than ever, and I mean myself as well, in viewpoints and communications.
