Description
This is basically Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik will be like in a fan-made online comic that me & plan to make.We were wanting to use a design that would please both the Western & Japanese fans (UK included). We found a design in a 1992 (UK only) Sonic the Hedgehog yearbook done by Eggmont Fleetway. We made a few changes by adding the red pupils from SatAM, added the cape (slightly longer than the OVA movie but shorter than SatAM), & the white circle buttons to his pants.
Robotnik belongs to Sega & Sonic Team. Design belongs to Naoto Oshima. Custom design belongs to DiC, Archie Comics, & Fleetway.

With his black eyes & pupils, along with his evil smile, he pretty much is what Robotnik should've looked like from the start.
