Description
So you might be wondering what this is all about ...well to catch you up
There are two very competitive martial arts teams in Emotecity ... they compete in everything from chess to surfing to Christmas tree lighting to arena style fighting ... all of course with a definite martial arts spin!
Well two days ago Andy, of the Blue Pheonix's, took a new route to his martial arts training school past the old Emotecity Hotel, and noticed it was being renovated.

THIS is the perfect place to show those Green Wimps who the masters of Tic-Tac-Toe are!
We shall play it out here on this battle field!"
Andy sprinted to his Martial arts school and told his team ... they all agreed that this would be the place to humiliate the Green Dragons.
Two days later ... noon ... the Blue Pheonix's meet for battle with the Green Dragons ... the Blue Pheonix spirit is high and cocky ... they know they will win this tic-tac-toe battle!!!
Little did the Blue Pheonix's realise ... the Green Dragons were no push over today ... the Green Dragons would only take so much of the cocky attitudes of the Blue Pheonix's before their tempers flared and the weapons were brought out ...

overall it is a great Emoticon
But i think you can improve some things 
I think you could have added more details to the windows, for example that we could see inside the rooms or could have added shutters 
Then the ending scene, instead of using a "normal" font with glowing effect, you could have drawn the text yourself
and i don't really get why the green one punches the ground

I used "no delay" the 0.1second made it slow.
I had shutters on originally but it looked terrible and I think I got too lazy to add interiors 
I did try the clouds myself but again they looked awful (I'm still very new to pixel stuff so still learning tricks and stuff)
I agree, the text probably would look better drawn
And the Green team are a bunch of show-offs

Did you know that frame delays are shown differently in different browsers? an interesting journal about it
the best way to learn how to do things like that is either to look up tutorials or to take a closer look how other Emoticonists/Pixel Artist's have created it

If anything that needs to be improve is, I think, the text at the end could be pixelled instead of fonts and blending modes. But that's really just minor, overall piece is great!
