sadly no ^^" the only program ive ever used was MikuMikuDance but that only uses characters from Vocaloid

...but I wound up rendering Aiko3 with the new maps in Lightwave, because I was getting weird black areas on the renders in Poser when I added my custom bump/image maps for the robogirls.

Ironically the anime look from the robot render series I think is part of what endeared it to me ironically. Do you think you could pull off the same tricks that were done for the robo conversion renders?

That all being said, KUDO AND CONGRATULATIONS ON HAVING POSER! MUCH MORE than that! Congrats on figure out how to USE IT!

This is so cool! It doesn't same the same 'feel' but it's beautiful onto itself as your own work!

I'm slowly converting the mesh I used on her (Aiko3) into a much lighter Lightwave MetaNURBS character so she's easier to modify eventually.

I COULD use her to replicate the girl's conversion, but I'd need to match the hair that Flamekin had on his, and see what clothes they have for Aiko that are close...(and create the glasses/HUD units too.)

The 'Digitation Effect' is just using two almost identical renders in Photoshop on top of one another, and hiding/erasing thru the girl layer to show the robo-girl underneath.

(I DID modify a few of Flamekin's actual 'CC' panels in Photoshop to get a stronger 'digitation' effect, and sent them to him. He liked them, but I think he wants to do them himself. (I'd love to show them, but I'd want his permission first.) )

I had fun with her eyes, getting the 'filaments' and the glowing look...It gives her the feeling of life!

The guy might be a bit of a challenge...to take Aiko and 'boyify' her.
As long as I can translate them into Lightwave with the CR2 plugin I've got, it's not too big of an issue.
(I WAS a bit reluctant to post them, as I didn't want to step on Flamekin's toes, but he didn't respond when I asked, so I assumed it was okay...)

I just wish he could do detail renders of the Robo-Girl's details, just so I can make sure I've got it right!

Probably going to change the 'dress' and how to position the 'back pods' so she can sit down...
(Maybe just get RID of the dress? Make it a rank/job thing?)

I may try some renders in the Scientist's colors to see if I can get close but make her look better.
Clothing will make an appearance...possibly JUST on her 'special areas'.

We'd have to ask Flamekin, but I don't think they have ranks so much as they have jobs that it's hardwired into them to live for. Rather a pleasant existence actually. Actually being HAPPY at what you do!

Good point.

Would be interesting to see a few of them come down and become business leaders...to understand the humans more.

If one of their employees found out about them not being human, it COULD make for an interesting story, possibly.

Hm...
Potentially KINKY idea:
Maybe their breasts are STILL useful...maybe they carry the conversion nanites stored in a...drinkable fluid.
If they (even in human guise)can encourage sex with the guys...the guys might be encouraged to...suckle.

Over a prolonged period, this could start changing their bodies and minds, but would NEED the conversion table on the ship to finish the job and FULLY welcome their new recruit into the fold.

In the meantime, the victims become a cybernetic version of a dhamphir...basically, an enhanced human...
With breasts.
