Anyways... here's my attempt to show how to use the FLELE program and how to install shells. Hope it helps

How to install the East Asia Language Pack:
- Go to your control panel, your computers Language Options, then 'Add Languages'. Finally, 'Install files for East Asian languages'

Answer to the soundless problem: you need something called "ffdshow" (you need it to play .avi files)

I already have ssp on my computer, do I have to download the Miku flele? Is Flele any different than ssp?

It depends I think... because I had a different SSP but it didn't allow me to use other shells. I'd test it out first.

Aah. I downloaded the Miku flele and then just moved the ghost into the folder of my other ssp things, and when I open up my ssp, My old mascots and Miku seem to work fine, but she's still japanese and I don't understand her at all. =_= It seems that the shell works fine without needing flele...so ssp is fine.
Somnething doesn't seem right...

Excuse me, but I can't hear the music my FELE is playing? It's an .mp3 file, and my character is singing it, but no sound comes out.

((I got it figured out. My flele is just super picky on the songs. And when I give him a song it doesn't want to play he gets all smug.))

It could also be the language the song file is. It only seems to play songs that have their file names in english

((Most of them are in english but I think sometimes it's some that have "_", "-", or "(" in them but not sure. because some have none but still don't play))

how do you restart it because everytime I close it and reopen my iggy skin isnt there. The instructions from the guy who created the skin said restart it and its not working... help please?

Alright, my Miku isn't singing. She's not reacting to when I play songs... She just stands there, looking weird... O.o Am I doing something wrong? I followed everything you said there. I even tried installing a Russia thing and dragged it on her but she didn't react, she didn't download it... O.o

Yes, its the Miku in the link. I have Windows XP. I think that may be why it isn't working... Maybe its not compatible with Windows XP?

lolz my friend came over who also had the software went to my control panel and add more langues but it still didnt work i even tried a diff computer!

Some times the shell will load off screen.
So I suggest going to Shell Scaling > 300% and then Move the shell onto the screen then go to shell scaling again and Go to 100%

mine was automatically in English so I haven't seen something like that before

Do The FLELEs Play Music On Windows 7? o-o;; i tried to make mine play some but it wouldn't and they are MP3 files and have english names ; A;

hmm... to my knowledge FLELEs should be able to work on Windows 7 (I'm using my FLELE on Windows 7) Do you have the Japanese language pack installed?
