Ari again, my handsome little Kit fox. In some places, his fur is softer than a rabbit's.
Kit Fox from taxidermy.net (this is not one of the endangered San Joaquin Kit Foxes from California)

so the San Joaquin Kit Foxes are endangered... Okay. LOL. I keep hearing the endangered one was the kit fox, swift fox, swift sub-species and so many combinations of the 3. LOL

Thanks! This fox was bought whole, raw, and frozen. I had to skin and tan him myself.
It is hard to find kit foxes with all four paws and with no damage to their faces. That is why I wanted to skin and tan one personally.

I looked for taxidermy.net that you get some of your things from but I cant seem to find any pelts. Could you please point me in the right direction. I am looking for some pelts like this for taxidermy, its hard to find nice ones like this with 4 paws. Thanks

Well, I skinned this guy myself so if you saw this exact one for sale, he would have been a whole, frozen, and raw animal. Not a nice, tanned pelt.

A kit fox pelt would be cool but those ears would have to treated very carefully. I would love to play with a live one. The responsibility of owning one as a pet might be too much for me to consider where I am but to play with someone else's would be wonderful.
