Description I recently took a trip to Toronto and had the chance to visit the Mountsberg Raptor Centre - I was beyond thrilled to get the chance to handle a variety of amazing birds - including Teddy, the barred owl. Barred owls are my absolute favorite owl, and one of my favorite birds.

ur a lukcy girl. i had a screach owl hit the side of my truck on my way home on the 4th of july once. i thot he was dead but i coul dfeel his heart. he stayed in my old cat carrier overnight to get over his daze. i let him loose the next evening and i see him every 5 months or so around he neighborhood. there amazing birds. my personal favorite is the barn owl

ah, I really love barred owls myself, they're incredible birds. I recently finished my first serious attempt with watercolors, I ended up choosing a barred owl as the subject. This shot came out really well, thanks for sharing!
