Description
Good start! It's difficult to draw poses if you don't answer some questions about the pose ahead of time.Exactly like drawing from the model from life. What is the character/model doing? In this case, did your character
just jump from a high place and land? What's he getting ready to do? This makes it easier to figure out the pose.
For hunched crouched poses it's important to figure out how the person/figure is carrying their weight. Is the weight
equally distributed between the legs and arms? Figuring this out is VERY important to sell the pose or else the character
will feel either like they're floating or falling over.
Some side notes: The reference with the woman crouching, in terms of shape design, you can push the idea of crouching
by keeping the stretch side simple and the pinch side complex. In the original image, both sides were equally complex which
flattened out a little. Looking at the spiderman pose, see how much he leans forward? This will mean that he will need to
use his arms and legs to balance or else he falls over. In that particular pose he's creating a wide base like a tripod so he can
lift his left arm.
Form shapes and form. Becareful of concave shapes on the figure. We're not designed that way; especially in the limbs.
Usually makes the figure feel awkward or broken.
Hope this helps.
Keep going!!

It's gonna be hard to not imagine spidey with the bubble butt because of this image when I see the new spidey movie.
