;0; AL LONG LAST I MADE A TUTORIAL.A few extra notes;
I don't think my shading is the "right" way to shade. Just experiment and go with whatever looks good to you. :3
I tried to make it short so it wasn't too confusing. So if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Also, if there's any typos you should tell me. lD;

I use Photoshop CS3, but you could use Paint or really any other program(The GIMP is another one) that has a "pencil"(a non anti-aliased brush) tool.

Pixen is a fun program that lets you soon really close making it alot easy to pixel thats what I use for fine :3 but ;w; your icons are so adorable congrats on the DD

I used to have an adobe suite before.. my mac took a nosedive and the graphics card died on it.. causing me to lose about $600 bucks and 4 years worth of work lol.. :< but sai and pixen are pretty awesome too :3 I plan on making another one a non shiny one in an opposite position from that one maybe nomming something else lol

I made another one because.. my girlfriend was like oh.. make the mint bunny from hetalia.. I wanted to animate the wings but each time i tried it look like crap.. ;w; but here is the result
