Surprise! *cheezyem and I made this for our great friends Crystal. *cheezyem did the drawing and line art and I did the coloring/background.Crystal has been one of the greatest friends I've made on this site in the 4 years I've been here, and for a heart as big as big as hers, she always seems to be going through hard times which is pretty undeserved if you ask me. About a week ago her account here on dA was hacked and, well words don't really do any justification to say how much something like that sucks. But what is awesome about Crystal is even though a lot of crap seems to happen to her, she's still one of the most optimistic and kindest people I know, which is really awesome cause there is nothing more amazing to emerge out of a crappy situation stronger than before

Emily, your lineart is SO. DAMN. CUTE. The poses are so .. perfect. Seriously, if the three of us were to meet in person, I bet the heights would be like, identical to this picture. X'D And I loove how they're all cuddled up and joined together, and yet it looks so natural. It's hard to get poses like that without seeming forced, but you've always been so amazing at making it look relaxed. <33 I also love how you've drawn Crystal's zipper, it looks so lifelike! And I ADOREEE how you've drawn all the hands in this one, you've always been so perfect at that. T__T YOU MUST TEACH ME YER WAYYS. And Kookin's tail = Pure fl00fleh luff. <33 SO CUTE. LINEART IS FRIGGEN' AMAZING, EM. D'X
And KEITH. You're COLOURING.. just blew my mind away. Seriously the way you colour is just.. stunning. Somehow you make it have such an amazing texture, like on Crystal's skirt, and Kookin's arm. ): I don't know how you do it, but it looks A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! <333 The shading on this is beautifully acurate!~ Honestly, everything seems like its in the exact spot that it should be. The perspective on the lighting is spot-on. :] I also adoorree the background you chose to make for this one. <3 The colours fit so perfectly with these three, the little bubbly circles give it an almost mystical effect. :'D.. It's truly beautiful.
You two are just such amazing people.. I love you both so much. DDD'X Thank you for doing this for me, it COMPLETELY made my day.. Just completely warmed my heart. <3 You're both so darn sweet.. AND I OWE YOU BOTH. NO WAY YOU CAN CHANGE MY MIND ON THAT. X'D

Seriously I have no idea where this modesty comes from xD, you must not know how awesome you are lol. I know I should have expected this out of you to begin with, but thanks so much for giving Emily a lot of credit cause her poses and anatomy totally rocked my world too lol. And what the awesome thing about this is, I had so much fun coloring it lol, like you don't even know xD, and to see your reaction on this completely made my day too xD. But seriously, you deserve this, it's way too long overdue after everything we've been through, and the fact that you've made gift art for me in the past didn't leave me with much of a choice whether or not this is deserved xD.

Haha well at least I can't do your type of coloring, but yeah I think I'm getting a bit better with my coloring and shading too. I just try and picture how light reflects off an object depending where the source of light is coming from. Thanks though Jonnie
